LAOCRACY INSTEAD OF DEMOCRACY
To explaning this word it needs a foreign dictionary and a dictionary of Ancient Greek -> English
Literally translated from the Greek language means Laocracy "popular government".
λαός (Laos) is called the People (this is the basic meaning), crowd, crowd of people, the people of war,
covenant people, nation.
κράτος (kratos) means strength, force, violence, power, domination. With this word in the form of-cracy
(meaning "rule) are formed compositions which are called the forms of state or costitutions. (aristocracy,
timocracy, plutocracy, autocracy).
This includes the usual term for popular government: democracy.
δήμος (demos) is country, territory, people, community.
Deriving from the Greek word λαός is also the word layman : λαϊκός (Laikos) means "to the people belonging "
From the contrast between the simple people and leaders or specialist it was developed the meaning of "not
professional", "non-expert" In the church there is the term "lay person" for ordinary members in contrast to the
"Democracy (engl. popular rule, people ). Unfortunately, democracy is not popular government. Socrates, also,
noted that democracy is only an obsolete, degenerate, pathological form of popular government." " .
"Democracy" means "rule of the people's representatives".Popular government "would be Laocracy
In ancient Greek there are two words for "people": Laos and demos.while Demos has still a different
meaning. It´s told that by paint´s factory, the deliverances of color which contains the impurities ,known as foam
on the tank, are discarded and skimmed off . This scum and the people are written very similarly it will only
change the accents. The similarity is even greater than between "elected officials" and "traitor". Presumably it
was in ancient Greece, people who have deliberately pronounced "democracy" as "rule of scum.
The seigniorage of the banks
As seigniorage is defined the profit of the central bank resulting from the issuance of
money for the keeping of the private household.
The term derives from the French word for lord or seigneur or suzerain. These had in the
Middle Ages, the exclusive right to mint money (the so-called mint coins) . The gain from the
creation of money was found at that time from the difference between the value of the metal
production and costs on the one hand and the value of coins issued on the other. Since the
lord had a rule about the stamping of coins monopoly, he had also the Seigniorage profit
Banking theory or seigniorage banking
With the term banking theories, banking doctrines, or occasionally banking school are
combined economics doctrines, more precisely, monetary theory, which allows the creation
of private money in varying degrees. Most banks , the so-called commercial banks, are here
qualified ,in addition to central banks in varying degrees, self-created bank money in
circulation to bring and operated by lending an active monetary policy. The gain from the
creation of money, the "seigniorage" remains as an additional profit in the possession of the
banks. The money system in the European Union and North America currently works for
such a model.
lndirect (should) the seigniorage profit accruing to the state, however. lf the state has direct
access to the central bank
SO FAR THE STATE HAS DIRECT ACCESS TO THE CENTRAL BANK
Who owns the European Central Bank?
The ECB is jointly owned by the federal European banks, but it is (in theory) an independent
lnstitute. Unlike the U.S Fed, which belongs to private banks.
. The fact that the ECB is not necessarily independent, we have seen with the Greek crisis,
where the ECB (according to his own costitution, it would not be possible), under pressure
from Germany and France has bought ( for the first time) government bonds.
This is for the U.S Fed not a problem, because it is the largest client of U.S. debt, which
therefore has a real license to print money. Money out of nothing.
Federal Reserve System is a consortium of private banks
(Rothschild, Rockefeller), which under ominous conditions
(World economic crisis) has surreptitiously the law, money from nothing
to print and lend.
